I help my clients, listeners, and readers come to insight organically. I help them to be accountable, come to insight, creatively problem solve, build self-esteem, cooperation and collaboration. We explore strategies that enhance productivity and wellness, manage stress, live in balance, health, purpose and peace.
I do this work because especially after a near-death experience, my life’s purpose became clear. I want to help people move beyond their struggles: find deeper meaning, more ease, joy and greater life satisfaction. I educate, encourage and inspire others to live their best life yet!
Nina K. Sidell, M.A. received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford in Connecticut in 1980. She received her Master of Arts degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley College (now Lesley University) in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1984. Nina trained with The Life Coach Institute for life coaching, works as a psychotherapist and life coach in private practice.
Nina’s professional, relatable work reflects her professional intention of educating, encouraging and inspiring others. Nina is a former Board Member and Chairperson, member of SPEAC, a local grass-roots organization serving the needs of gifted and special needs children and their families in the community.
