With over 25 years of clinical experience, I help others transform, self-empower, heal and learn new ways of being and relating. I practice psychotherapy, life coaching, I speak and write. I just finished writing my first book- look for it soon! I motivate others to live their best lives. I inspire lives.
With commitment, skill, perceptiveness, creativity and empathy I offer psychotherapy and life coaching to meet individual needs and Live Inspired!® The Program and other Coaching Programs to accommodate organizational needs.
My Specialties and Program Topics include: Parenting, Co-Parenting (for married and divorced parents), Dating Coaching, Time, Stress and Clutter Management. I help my clients, listeners, and readers come to insight organically. I help them to be accountable, come to insight, creatively problem solve, build self-esteem, cooperation and collaboration. We explore strategies that enhance productivity and wellness, manage stress, live in balance, health, purpose and peace.
I do this work because especially after a near-death experience, my life’s purpose became clear. I want to help people move beyond their struggles: find deeper meaning, more ease, joy and greater life satisfaction. I educate, encourage and inspire others to live their best life yet!
Nina K. Sidell, M.A. received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford in Connecticut in 1980. She received her Master of Arts degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley College (now Lesley University) in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1984. Nina trained with The Life Coach Institute for life coaching, works as a psychotherapist and life coach in private practice.
Nina’s professional, relatable work reflects her professional intention of educating, encouraging and inspiring others. Nina is a former Board Member and Chairperson, member of SPEAC, a local grass-roots organization serving the needs of gifted and special needs children and their families in the community. Nina freelance writes for local newspapers and magazines, including Parent’s Express Magazine, The Chestnut Hill Local newspaper and Creating Community magazine. She writes blogs, parenting articles, inspirational tips, women’s poetry, and original songs. Nina wrote an insightful and inspirational parenting book coming out soon! Her revolutionary book is intended to inspire millions of families worldwide!
